RFLC.Solutions was started in May 2015 with a short term contact with a Train Operating Company (TOC). This has progressed with new TOC’s, having been added over the years.
Then in May 2021 RFLC.Solutons became a Limited company and is progressing forward with work with existing and new customers.
In July 2021 RFLC.Solutions became an approved supplier for two Train Operating Companies (TOC) and their parent companies.
39 years of Railway experience in Rolling stock from the early days with BR Southern region, through Sectorisation with Network Southeast & then Intercity into the privatised Railway with a Rolling Stock Leasing Company (ROSCO).

History of how it started.
7 years ago it was time for a change and this took the form of RFLC.Solutions.
Experience in Training, Depot management, and Project management were obtained with BR and strengthened into the privatised Railway. This included maintenance management and whole life costing for railway vehicles, up to 4,500 vehicles at one stage. All aspects of maintenance where managed and controlled from old Mk 1 slam door trains to the latest fleets owned by the ROSCO. A varied and large portfolio.
As the railways developed and changed, asset management with inspection and auditing became more important and these key skills were strengthened over time.
RFLC.Solutions has staff it can call upon for work or to assist as required. We have 3 regular part time staff plus myself at this moment and have contacts for others if required.
